The main modular units are: the machine frame, the machine bed with drive units, the power transmission units, the control system with machine control panel and safety devices.
Drive units are the electric motors for the main drive, for the feed drives, for the hydraulic pump and the chip conveyor.
Components for power transmission are belts, shafts, spindles, gearboxes with gears and couplings.
The main movements of the machine are the rotary movement of the chuck and the linear movements of the tools via feed slides.
The control cabinet houses the power supply for the machine and the control system.
The control system allows infinitely variable speed adjustment. The speeds are constantly adapted to the requirements of the tool insert.
